Using our All-in-One Online Form:

You will be asked to submit payment information after filling out the form to request a design, receive a quote, or place an order. Credit card information is required but will not be processed unless a design/quote is approved and your order completed.

If you decide not to order (after requesting a design or quote), your credit card information will not be stored, and will have to be provided again for future requests.

Please note payment information is required before we can ship any orders.

We accept:

Terms are net 30 days with approved credit – P.O. required.
Checks or money orders should be made payable to TAG UP.
Tax exempt customers must have a Tax Exempt Certificate on file.
